Welcome to the first page of the process of filing a Swedish Patent Application.
Please note that documents attached (description, patent claims, abstract and drawings) in later steps of the filing process must be in PDF format, with the exception of sequence listings that shall be in text format (.txt, .app, .seq, .ascii). When you have filed your application, you can choose to pay immediately by using PRV's online service for payments.
